TenderLift Brand

TenderLift watches SIMAP for Swiss SMEs and tells them which tenders to bid on. This page is the single reference for our logos, colors, typography, and the words we use — so anyone (press, partners, integrations, or an AI agent assembling a one-pager) can produce on-brand material without guesswork.

A machine-readable copy of this page lives at /brand.md. A bundled asset pack is at /tenderlift-brand-kit.zip.

Usage rights

You may use the TenderLift name and wordmark to refer to us in articles, integrations, partner pages, slide decks, and accurate comparisons. Don’t alter the wordmark, recolor it, stretch it, or build a logomark out of pieces of it. Don’t imply endorsement or partnership we haven’t agreed to. Don’t invent new product names like “TenderLift Pro Max AI Suite”.

If you’re unsure, write to info@tenderlift.ch.

The TenderLift wordmark sets the brand name in lowercase — tenderlift — with a small two-block red accent at the top-left. The wordmark is the primary mark. The icon (just the red accent block) is the secondary mark.

In running text, the brand name is written TenderLift (capital T, capital L). Only the wordmark itself is lowercase — never type the product name as “tenderlift” in body copy.

Wordmark

Icon

The icon is the same red-block + lowercase “t” that anchors the wordmark, sized as a square. Use it for avatars, favicons, social profiles, and app tiles.

Click any variant to download it. Or grab everything in one zip: /tenderlift-brand-kit.zip.

Clearspace and size

Keep at least the height of the red accent block (the “x” measure of the lowercase letters) clear on every side of the wordmark. Don’t let other content (text, edges, images) crowd it.

Minimum size: 96 px wide for digital, 25 mm wide for print. Below that the red accent blocks stop reading.

Backgrounds

Use the wordmark on white, light gray, or Slate Navy #1e2a3a. On Slate Navy the wordmark inverts to white — keep the red accent unchanged.

Color

Four canonical brand colors. Slate Navy is primary. Red is an accent and should be the smallest amount of color on any layout.

Click any swatch to copy its hex value.

Neutrals

Use sparingly; prefer the four brand colors plus white space for marketing collateral.

Typography

TenderLift uses the IBM Plex family — sans for everything, serif for editorial passages only, mono for code and IDs. IBM Plex is open-source under the SIL Open Font License and is available on Google Fonts. The wordmark itself is a custom SVG and does not use a system font.

Words we use

TenderLift’s voice is direct, concrete, honest about scope, and brief. We lead with the benefit, use real numbers, name Switzerland as our scope, and skip the throat-clearing. We avoid hype words (“AI-powered”, “next-gen”, “intelligent”) and corporate phrasing (“Our mission to democratize…”).

When writing about TenderLift, use this vocabulary:

  • Buyers — public entities that publish tenders (cantons, federal offices, municipalities, schools, hospitals).
  • Companies — Swiss businesses (neutral term).
  • Competitors — companies ranked by relevance to a user’s own scope.
  • Market — the section in-app showing the competitive landscape.

Avoid “vendor”, “supplier”, or “provider” — say “companies” or “competitors” instead. Don’t invent product names with “Pro”, “Max”, “AI Suite” or version suffixes.

DOs and DON’Ts

DO

  • Keep the wordmark on white, light gray, or Slate Navy.
  • Use IBM Plex everywhere in body copy and UI.
  • Pair the wordmark with at least one cap-height of clear space.
  • Link to tenderlift.com as the canonical reference.

DON’T

  • Recolor, rotate, or stretch the wordmark.
  • Use TenderLift Red as a primary surface or button.
  • Use stock imagery of handshakes, lightbulbs, abstract data swirls, or city skylines.
  • Imply a partnership or endorsement that hasn’t been agreed to.
  • Translate the wordmark or the product name. “TenderLift” stays English in all locales.

Imagery and social

Open-Graph / social cards are generated at og.tenderlift.ch — wordmark + title + description on a Slate Navy field. For partner content, the safest pattern is the same: wordmark on Slate Navy, white type, no decorative imagery. If you need a photo, use a real one (a tender notice screenshot, a Swiss building) — not stock metaphors.
