Is this only Ticino?
Yes—by design. Our MVP is Ticino-first to ensure high-quality coverage, localized terminology, and useful alerts. We're preparing Zürich next, followed by SG and Romandie. If you're outside TI, you can still explore the preview to understand how it works.
Where does data come from?
From public procurement sources (e.g., SIMAP) and official registers (e.g., ZEFIX) combined with TenderLift's analysis. We don't alter the source documents—we compare versions, extract requirements, and present clear summaries and checklists.
How often do you sync?
Multiple times per day. New tenders and updated documents appear in your dashboard and digest shortly after detection. For time-sensitive addenda (deadline moves, scope changes) you can enable instant alerts via email or Slack.
Can I get Slack alerts?
Yes. You can keep email-only or connect Slack to receive a morning digest plus optional "critical addenda" pings. Quiet hours and per-buyer filters help keep notifications focused.
How do you handle privacy and compliance?
We process public procurement data and store your preferences (canton, CPV, alert settings) and contact info for notifications. We follow Swiss revFADP and EU GDPR principles: purpose limitation, data minimization, and deletion upon request. Admin access is audited; you can export or delete your data from the account page at any time.
